We provide lightning protection, surge protection, earthing solutions, electrical testing, installation, maintenance, inspection, and related advisory services. Information on this website is general and does not replace a site-specific technical assessment. Final system design, product selection, quantities, pricing, and timelines are confirmed only in our written quotation or work order.

2. Enquiries and Quotations

• You must provide accurate contact, property, access, and technical information.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and may change if site conditions, scope, taxes, material prices, or customer requirements change.
• Measurements or recommendations made before full site access may be provisional.
• Work begins only after any required approval, advance payment, documents, and site access have been received.

3. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the premises, identifying concealed utilities or hazards, obtaining property-owner or association permissions, and disclosing relevant building, electrical, structural, and soil information. Unless expressly included in our quotation, civil work, scaffolding, restoration, statutory approvals, shutdown arrangements, and third-party coordination remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices, taxes, payment stages, and due dates are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Payments must be made through the approved method and within the stated time. We may pause scheduling, delivery, or work where an amount is overdue. Ownership of supplied goods remains with Zeus until full payment, to the extent permitted by law, while risk may pass on delivery or installation as stated in the quotation.

5. Scheduling and Delays

Dates are reasonable estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Weather, unsafe conditions, restricted access, material availability, transport disruption, government action, power shutdowns, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery or completion. We will communicate material delays and reschedule where reasonably possible.

6. Installation, Testing, and Safety

Our work will follow the agreed scope and applicable technical practices. Lightning and surge protection reduce risk but cannot guarantee that damage, injury, equipment failure, or service interruption will never occur. Customers must follow operating and maintenance guidance, avoid unauthorised alterations, and arrange periodic inspection where recommended. Test results reflect conditions observed at the time of testing.

7. Product and Workmanship Warranties

Any warranty period and coverage will be stated in the quotation, invoice, warranty card, or manufacturer’s terms. Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, inadequate maintenance, structural changes, external electrical faults, accidents, extreme events beyond the product’s rated protection, or failure to follow instructions. Manufacturer warranties may be administered according to the manufacturer’s process.

8. Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds

Changes to the agreed scope may require a revised price and timeline. Cancellation terms depend on the stage of work and the relevant quotation. Amounts covering completed work, site visits, design, procurement, customised or ordered materials, transport, and non-recoverable commitments may not be refundable. Any approved refund will be processed using a mutually agreed method and within a reasonable period.

9. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, and text are owned by or licensed to Zeus and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to our website for lawful, personal, or business-reference purposes. You may not copy, republish, misrepresent, scrape, sell, interfere with, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
